Delivery Method
All rental items are shipped via a tracked postal or courier service. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Delivery Timeframes

Delivery dates are provided at the time of booking and are estimates unless otherwise stated.

While we aim to ensure all items arrive on time, delivery times are dependent on third-party couriers and postal services.
Late Deliveries
If your rental item arrives after the agreed delivery date and is no longer suitable for your event:

You must notify us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date

A credit note may be issued at our discretion
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier or postal service disruptions

Weather conditions

Incorrect delivery details

Failed delivery attempts
- No refund or credit note will be issued if Item arrives late and is still worn by customer. The rental price for 4 Days is based on the rental cost of wear not per day.
Receiving Your Item

You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.

If a delivery is missed or refused, this does not qualify for a refund.
Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or late.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or delivered late.
- Return labels are provided to those that pay for return postage upon checkout.
Damaged Items on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide clear photographic evidence

Do not wear, clean, or attempt to repair the item
Once verified, a refund or credit note will be issued.
Risk & Responsibility
Responsibility for the item passes to you once the parcel is marked as delivered. You remain responsible for the item until it is safely returned to us.
Returns
Return instructions will be provided with your order. Items must be returned on or before the agreed return date to avoid late fees.
