• Rental pricing is based on the understanding that garments are intended to be worn and enjoyed.

• As rental garments are regularly worn, minor signs of wear and tear may be present, including light fabric wear, small marks, loose beads, or minor imperfections consistent with normal rental use.

• We maintain high standards and do not rent dresses that appear poor quality or unsuitable for wear.

• No refunds will be issued based on normal rental wear and tear or general garment condition.

• Once dresses reach the end of their rental life, they are retired from the collection and sold on rather than re-rented.

Important Return Information

• Please return the dress in the condition received.

• Do not alter, shorten, permanently pin, or modify the garment.

• Please take care with the beaded embellishments during wear.

• Any original designer hanging loops/ties should be tucked inside while wearing and must not be cut off.

• Removal of hanging loops/ties is considered intentional damage and is not covered under any damage protection or insurance policy.

• Charges may apply where repairs are required due to intentional damage or alterations.
