• As rental dresses are regularly worn, minor signs of wear and tear may be present, including light fabric wear, small marks, loose crystals, or minor imperfections consistent with normal rental use.

• We maintain high standards and do not rent dresses that appear poor quality or unsuitable for wear.

• No refunds will be issued based on normal rental wear and tear or general garment condition.

• Once dresses reach the end of their rental life, they are retired from the collection and sold on rather than re-rented.
